REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.  PLEASE READ BELOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
On the Team Registration page you are asked to complete the team registration form including team name and level; listing of coaches and trainer; team contact information plus your team roster list. When completed please hit submit at the bottom of the page.  .
 
Your team contact will receive an email as follows indicating that your team has been added to the Registration Pending list.

We are pleased to advise that your team has been added to the "Registration Pending" list for the 2024 Honda SEDMHA U9 Jamboree.

To complete your registration you must now forward 

1. E transfer made payable to the SEDMHA Tournament in the amount of $800.00 for Advancing, Intermediate and Developmental teams. Please pay within 10 days. Payment to be made via Email please see instructions filed under Registration Details.

2, A valid Travel Permit. Teams from Dartmouth, Cole Harbour, Eastern Shore or East Hants do not need a Travel Permit.

Once your cheque is received and cleared the registrar will confirm your registration and assign your team a tournament number. You will receive a confirmation of this action via this email address.

PAYMENT REFUNDS
Teams may withdraw for any reason up to and including February 28, 2024 and full refunds will be given. After that time our ice bookings are committed and no refund will be given should you cancel your registration.  
 
TRAVEL PERMITS & TEAM ROSTERS
The tournament also requires a copy of your approved Travel Permit. Only teams from Dartmouth, Cole Harbour, Eastern Shore or East Hants do not need a Travel Permit. The Tournament Registration form will constitute the OFFICIAL TEAM ROSTER and cannot be changed without the consent of the Tournament Registrar.
 
Once your payment is received and cleared the registrar will confirm your registration and assign your team a tournament number. You will then receive a Acceptance email with a User name and Password. This confirmation email is sent to the team contact email address.

We are pleased to advise you that your team has been approved for the 2024 Honda SEDMHA U9 Jamboree. The team number indicated above has been assigned to your team. Please reference this number in any future correspondence with the tournament.

Your team has been placed into the Division as indicated above as per your application. Schedules will not be finalized until mid March and will be available to you online at that time.

You are able to update your team list at any time up to March 17, 2024 using the user name and password listed above to "login". This team list will be used to sanction players for tournament play and in the tournament program. Please be aware that any additions (affiliates) or changes (registered members) to your team lists must be sanctioned by your provincial or state Minor Hockey body and must meet the tournament rules.

Please be aware that for travel purposes all teams will play their first game on Thursday, any time after 4pm and that final games on Sunday are scheduled to begin as late as 4pm on the following Sunday.

If you have not already done so we need a copy of a valid travel permit for teams outside of Dartmouth, Cole Harbour, Eastern Shore or East Hants. .

ELIGIBILITY
Affiliated Players to a maximum of three are allowed. Affiliates are to replace players not coming to the tournament, not to bolster rosters. ie: If a team has 18 registered players all year they may only play with up to 18 players in the tournament.
 
Any player name that appears on the tournament registration form but does not appear on the Provincial / State registration forms must have proof of birth date, association affiliation, and normal playing level.
 
Players not listed on the Tournament Registration form may not participate.  Registered players can play on one team only.
 
A player/coach/team official may participate with one team only.
 
TEAM CLASSIFICATION
Every attempt is made to ensure that your team will be slotted into the proper competitive level.
 
CATEGORIZATION
Final team placement is at the discretion of the tournament committee.
 
AWARDS
Please note the tournament provides a maximum of twenty (20) awards (medals, t-shirts, etc.) per team which includes all players and coaching staff.
 
GAME COST
There is no game cost or fees. All games feature Free Entry.
 
ACCOMMODATIONS
The Tournament normally books in excess of 1200 rooms at local area hotels for use by parents and players. We have a complete listing of hotels and motels in HRM. Those that are offering reduced rates are hockey friendly. The rates at these hotels are discounted and thus better than what teams can get directly. All booking is arranged by our Accommodations Registrar. We ask that teams support the hotels that support the tournament.

TRANSPORTATION
Team transportation while at the tournament is the team’s responsibility.

Once you have registered, check the website regularly for updated information.
Schedules will be available on the site commencing mid March 2024. After the middle of March you should check daily since the last two weeks before the tournament tend to be like the stock market "Volatile"
