On the Team Registration page you are asked to complete the team registration form including team name and level; listing of coaches and trainer; team contact information plus your team roster list. When completed please hit the SUBMIT TEAM REGISTRATION button at the bottom of the page.
 
You have completed the first stage when your team contact has received an email as follows indicating that your team has been added to the Registration Pending list. (Check your Junk folder)

We are pleased to advise that your team has been added to the "Registration Pending" list for the Honda SEDMHA Female Minor Hockey Tournament.
 
To complete your registration you must now forward via email ( femaleregistrar@sedmha.com )
 
1. A copy of your Official Provincial Team Roster form obtained both from your provincial / state Minor Hockey governing body
 
2, A valid travel permit

Once your e-transfer is received and cleared the registrar will confirm your registration and assign your team a tournament number. You will receive a confirmation of this action via this email address.
 
 
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE

An e-transfer for payment in full MUST follow your ON-LINE registration within ten (10) business days. The Registration fees are as follows:
            U11, U13, U15, U18                     $1300
All Fees are in CDN funds for all teams. US teams, please send a Canadian money order.

Choose Interac e-Transfer within the Transfer/Payment menu options

PAYMENT REFUNDS
 
Teams may withdraw for any reason up to and including October 21st and full refunds will be given. After that time our ice bookings are committed and no refund will be given should you cancel your registration. 
 
TEAM ROSTERS & TRAVEL PERMITS
 
A copy of your signed "officially registered Team Roster approved by your Provincial (State)Minor Hockey body” must be submitted. The tournament also requires a copy of your approved Travel Permit. The Tournament Registration form will constitute the OFFICIAL TEAM ROSTER and cannot be changed without the consent of the Tournament Registrar.
 
Once your e-transfer is received and cleared the registrar will confirm your registration and assign your team a tournament number. You will then receive a Acceptance email with a User name and Password. This confirmation email is sent to the team contact email address.

We are pleased to advise you that your team has been accepted for the Honda SEDMHA Female Minor Hockey Tournament. The team number indicated above has been assigned to your team. Please reference this number in any future correspondence with the tournament.
 
Your team has been tentatively placed into the Division as indicated above as per your application. Final categorization will occur in November. Final placement will be based on statistics (win/loss/tie record) at that time.and provincial or state competitive balance. Schedules will not be finalized until mid November and will be available to you online at that time.
 
You are able to update your team list at any time up to November 21, using the user name and password listed above to "login". This team list will be used to sanction players for tournament play and in the tournament program. Please be aware that any additions (affiliates) or changes (registered members) to your team lists must be sanctioned by your provincial or state Minor Hockey body and must meet the tournament rules.
 
Please be aware that for travel purposes all teams will play their first game on Thursday, Nov 28 any time after 12 noon and that final championship games on Sunday are scheduled to begin as late as 5pm on  Dec 1.
 
If you have not already done so we need a copy of your officially approved team registration form including your team registration from your provincial / state Minor Hockey governing body and a valid travel permit.
